
宋李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)負責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但(dan)從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李(li)翔(xiang)已在(zai)學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理工作崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤(qin)耕耘九個年(nian)頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)工隊伍(wu)中品格(ge)優秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富(fu)的中堅力量。
自(zi)“不忘初心(xin),牢記使命”主題(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院黨(dang)總支的(de)號召,根(gen)據學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)和學(xue)院有關(guan)“不忘初心(xin),牢記使命”主題(ti)教育(yu)統一部(bu)署和安排,積極(ji)組(zu)織學(xue)院學(xue)生支部(bu)的(de)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與學(xue)生日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署、共落(luo)實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支部(bu)建(jian)設的(de)重(zhong)點(dian),扎實(shi)推進各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)生、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)生成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現了學(xue)生黨(dang)支部(bu)書記應有的(de)風采。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李(li)翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中敢于擔當(dang),身先士卒,高度(du)自律(lv)。每天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個離(li)開辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)內部建(jian)(jian)設,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研討(tao)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊活(huo)動(dong)等方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實(shi)地(di)檢查新生(sheng)早修情況(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)輔導(dao)員反(fan)饋早晚(wan)修情況(kuang)。積極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂解難。自開展(zhan)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿舍(she)走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)培養特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落(luo)實(shi)到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬(ma)城不是一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊建(jian)(jian)設也不是一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴(yan)于律(lv)己的(de)(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)積極傳遞(di)才能(neng)讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進,勇(yong)往直前。
