[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)(li)翔(xiang),中共黨(dang)員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是今年初(chu)從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)院輪崗來到(dao)數(shu)創學(xue)院,但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊(yi)始,宋李(li)(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理工作(zuo)崗位辛勤(qin)耕耘(yun)九個年頭(tou),是學(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)工隊(dui)伍中品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當、經(jing)驗豐富的中堅力量。

自“不忘初(chu)心,牢記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育工作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極響(xiang)應(ying)校黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)號召(zhao),根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初(chu)心,牢記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育統一部署和(he)安排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)各項工作(zuo),將黨(dang)建工作(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工作(zuo)同部署、共落實,找準基(ji)層黨(dang)支(zhi)部建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)點,扎實推進各項工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)開展(zhan),工作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則(ze)、身(shen)先(xian)士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工作(zuo)實際、貼近工作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)應(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋(song)李(li)翔老師工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當,身先士卒,高度(du)(du)自律(lv)(lv)。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室(shi),關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內部建設(she),通(tong)過專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動(dong)等方(fang)式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周(zhou)2次實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員反饋早晚修情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍走訪4次。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和(he)培養特(te)點,有針(zhen)對性的(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實到位。同時(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導教育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度(du)(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長(chang)、班主(zhu)任、輔(fu)導員一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬城不是一(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律(lv)(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和(he)正能(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)讓(rang)新(xin)時(shi)(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與(yu)時(shi)(shi)俱進(jin),勇(yong)往直前。
