[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李翔(xiang),中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從管理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗來(lai)到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始(shi),宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)作(zuo)崗位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)(zhong)品格優秀(xiu)、勤勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐(feng)富的中(zhong)(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李翔(xiang)積極響應校黨(dang)委和(he)(he)(he)學院(yuan)(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)號召,根據學校黨(dang)委和(he)(he)(he)學院(yuan)(yuan)有關“不忘初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一部署(shu)和(he)(he)(he)安排,積極組(zu)織學院(yuan)(yuan)學生支(zhi)(zhi)部的(de)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,將(jiang)黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與學生日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作同部署(shu)、共(gong)落實,找準(zhun)基層黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部建(jian)設的(de)重點,扎實推進各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)以身作則、身先士卒、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)學生、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實際、貼(tie)(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作隊伍,服務(wu)于學生成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學生黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部書記(ji)應有的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李翔老師工(gong)作中敢于(yu)擔當(dang),身先士卒,高度自(zi)律。每天(tian)早(zao)上(shang)提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕(gan)到學(xue)校開始工(gong)作,下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)(bu)建(jian)設,通(tong)過專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)研(yan)討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談心談話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)活動(dong)(dong)等(deng)方(fang)式為(wei)學(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作,拼搏奉獻的工(gong)作氛圍(wei)。每周2次(ci)實地檢(jian)查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況,及時(shi)向(xiang)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)座談等(deng)形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動(dong)(dong)態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自(zi)開展(zhan)主題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作以來(lai),主持學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談會(hui)2場,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談話(hua)(hua)80人(ren)次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作中能根(gen)據學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業和(he)(he)培(pei)養特(te)點,有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)性的開展(zhan)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong)(dong),與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)(dong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)理念落實到位(wei)。同(tong)時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)業后進(jin)的學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)(shi)(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的態度與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成(cheng)的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)建(jian)設也(ye)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律己的作風和(he)(he)正(zheng)能量(liang)的積極傳(chuan)遞才能讓新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)(bu)的建(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
