[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是今年初(chu)從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院輪崗來到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院,但(dan)從進校伊始(shi),宋李(li)翔(xiang)已(yi)在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作崗位辛勤(qin)耕(geng)耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍中品(pin)格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當(dang)、經驗豐富的(de)中堅力量(liang)。

自“不忘初心,牢記使命”主題(ti)教育工(gong)作開展(zhan)以(yi)來,宋李(li)翔積極(ji)響(xiang)應(ying)校(xiao)黨委和(he)學(xue)院(yuan)黨總支的號召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨委和(he)學(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初心,牢記使命”主題(ti)教育統一(yi)部(bu)署和(he)安排(pai),積極(ji)組織學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生支部(bu)的各項工(gong)作,將黨建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作與學(xue)生日常工(gong)作同部(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨支部(bu)建(jian)(jian)設的重點,扎實推進(jin)各項工(gong)作的開展(zhan),工(gong)作中以(yi)身作則、身先士卒(zu)、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)生、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作實際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作隊伍,服務于學(xue)生成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)生黨支部(bu)書記應(ying)有的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作(zuo)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記(ji),宋李(li)(li)翔深知展(zhan)(zhan)示支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)影(ying)響力(li)(li)(li)和(he)(he)號(hao)召力(li)(li)(li),發揮團結(jie)引領(ling)作(zuo)用,形成磁場效(xiao)應(ying)在(zai)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想政治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性。因此(ci),他主動(dong)與綜合素養突(tu)出、具有較強學(xue)(xue)業(ye)拼搏精神和(he)(he)過硬政治(zhi)素養的(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)極接觸,通過積(ji)(ji)極分子座談(tan)、發展(zhan)(zhan)對象(xiang)談(tan)話等(deng)形式將教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)心工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)實(shi)到位(wei)。他時刻(ke)提(ti)醒積(ji)(ji)極分子、發展(zhan)(zhan)對象(xiang)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)處理好(hao)(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)習與做好(hao)(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系、政治(zhi)理論學(xue)(xue)習與主業(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)系,使支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)涌現(xian)出如梁家茵(yin)、溫嘉(jia)慶等(deng)綜合素質突(tu)出的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)央、廣東省(sheng)委(wei)、深圳(zhen)市委(wei)和(he)(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)于主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)極召集支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)全(quan)體(ti)師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習《習近平新時代中(zhong)(zhong)國特色社(she)會(hui)主義思想學(xue)(xue)習綱要(yao)》、習總書記(ji)關(guan)于主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)講話和(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)央的(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動(dong)。在(zai)新生(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)第(di)一時間(jian)開展(zhan)(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),利用早晚修時間(jian),組(zu)織全(quan)體(ti)2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大路(lu)上(shang)》專題(ti)片,積(ji)(ji)極弘(hong)揚愛(ai)國熱情。認真(zhen)對照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)“三會(hui)一課(ke)”記(ji)錄,支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)會(hui)議記(ji)錄本(ben)被(bei)當(dang)成標桿(gan)記(ji)錄本(ben)在(zai)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)習。宋李(li)(li)翔努力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)排憂解難,積(ji)(ji)極解答新發展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)在(zai)發展(zhan)(zhan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)疑惑和(he)(he)困難,利用暑(shu)假主動(dong)為(wei)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)聯(lian)系組(zu)織關(guan)系轉移(yi)單(dan)位(wei),耐心解答畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種問題(ti),大力(li)(li)(li)協(xie)助畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)完成組(zu)織關(guan)系轉移(yi),深受畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)(hao)評。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高(gao)度(du)自律。每天早上提(ti)前一(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦(ban)公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)內部建設(she),通(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛(fen)圍。每周2次(ci)實地(di)檢查新生(sheng)早修(xiu)情況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反(fan)饋早晚(wan)修(xiu)情況。積極(ji)通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音(yin),了(le)解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想動(dong)態(tai)(tai),及時(shi)(shi)(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂(you)解難。自開(kai)展主題教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人次(ci),宿舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動(dong)育人、文化育人理念落(luo)實到位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕不放棄引導教育,而是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態(tai)(tai)度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育引導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設(she)也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯(wei)有通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞(di)才能讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)與(yu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),勇往(wang)直前。
