體(ti)育部現有專(zhuan)任教師36人(ren),其中教授(shou)8人(ren)、副教授(shou)15人(ren)、講師12人(ren);博(bo)士3人(ren)。近年來,部門(men)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)開展具有高職特色(se)的(de)體(ti)育俱樂部教學(xue)模式(shi)改(gai)(gai)革;收(shou)到明顯成效,擁有市級(ji)教改(gai)(gai)項目一(yi)門(men),校(xiao)級(ji)教改(gai)(gai)項目十余項。部門(men)積(ji)極(ji)(ji)響應學(xue)校(xiao)新的(de)人(ren)才培(pei)養模式(shi)改(gai)(gai)革舉(ju)措,已培(pei)養了(le)101名社會體(ti)育輔(fu)修專(zhuan)業(ye)學(xue)生,并面(mian)向2012級(ji)學(xue)生繼(ji)續招收(shou)拓展專(zhuan)業(ye)學(xue)生。

部門以國家體育(yu)總局體育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基地(di)為平臺,依托地(di)域文(wen)(wen)化、民俗文(wen)(wen)化、區域文(wen)(wen)化等優勢,開展具有特(te)色的體育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),形成了以:絲綢之路(lu)體育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu); 武(wu)術與民族傳統體育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu);體育(yu)課(ke)程文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu);社區與校園(yuan)體育(yu)文(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu);地(di)域非物質文(wen)(wen)化遺產研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)為主的研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)體系。

同時,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校實施(shi)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生強身健(jian)體(ti)(ti)教育工程,全面開展(zhan)了對職業教育中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校體(ti)(ti)育教育的(de)研究與建(jian)設(she),其中(zhong)“社(she)會體(ti)(ti)育”在學(xue)(xue)(xue)校 “三育人”的(de)人才培養模式改革中(zhong),已(yi)成為面向(xiang)全校學(xue)(xue)(xue)生開設(she)的(de)拓展(zhan)專業。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校將(jiang)逐漸發展(zhan)成為集科研、教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、服務(wu)為一(yi)體(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)育文化研究基(ji)地。部門(men)還積極參加國內外的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)交(jiao)流(liu)活動,研究成果在學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)界也產生了一(yi)定(ding)的(de)影響。部門(men)師資力量雄厚,年齡結構(gou)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)與職稱(cheng)結構(gou)合(he)理,具有從事研究的(de)師資和設(she)施(shi)條件,并制(zhi)定(ding)了三年的(de)發展(zhan)規(gui)劃。
