技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入(ru)落實“文化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文化(hua),進而推動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進校園文化(hua)大發展,另一方(fang)面也從文化(hua)建(jian)設(she)的(de)角度對圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體工作提出(chu)了新(xin)的(de)要求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖書館(guan)永恒的主題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有三(san)(san)個轉變(bian),一(yi)(yi)是(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三(san)(san)是(shi)重(zhong)點抓(zhua)好特(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)實則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),是(shi)書香文(wen)化(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)發展的基礎。為(wei)形成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)特(te)色(se),應(ying)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)各部門(men)及校(xiao)外單位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)化(hua)的收(shou)藏,一(yi)(yi)旦形成(cheng)規模,就進(jin)行歸納整理,集中(zhong)收(shou)藏,建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫。日常(chang)采(cai)購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有意識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)藏書。也(ye)可(ke)發揮(hui)博物館(guan)功能(neng),收(shou)集地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)料、非物質遺產,接(jie)受(shou)私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏室。

3、廣(guang)開文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文化平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)最重要(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面(mian)向未來,我們提出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)把(ba)(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信(xin)息中心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)外,還要(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學習(xi)交流(liu)中心(xin)(xin)、文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心(xin)(xin)和宣(xuan)傳教育中心(xin)(xin),實(shi)(shi)現由(you)傳統大學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流(liu)、現代(dai)、新型(xing)大學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實(shi)(shi)際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文化功能(neng),不斷(duan)(duan)拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成(cheng)為學校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規(gui)服務的(de)(de)同時(shi),大量(liang)舉辦主題文化展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技(ji)能(neng)比賽等,保(bao)持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)文化展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻率,通(tong)過(guo)教師的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與(yu)(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)(yu)師生(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)(duan)把(ba)(ba)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)各類(lei)文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩,還要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走出(chu)校(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文化服務。
