技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方面(mian)要求圖(tu)書文(wen)化升華拓展,衍(yan)進(jin)到書香文(wen)化,進(jin)而推動書香校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化大發展,另一方面(mian)也從文(wen)化建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書館的(de)具(ju)體(ti)工(gong)作提(ti)出了新的(de)要求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書館(guan)(guan)永恒(heng)的主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三個(ge)轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則(ze)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的基礎(chu)。為形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應進(jin)一(yi)步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加(jia)(jia)強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加(jia)(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成(cheng)規模(mo),就(jiu)進(jin)行歸納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中,應有(you)意(yi)識地進(jin)行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購,形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發揮博物館(guan)(guan)功能,收(shou)集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質(zhi)遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)室。

3、廣開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校園(yuan)師(shi)生最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集之地。面向未來(lai),我們(men)提出(chu)(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成資源信息中心之外(wai),還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)成學(xue)習交(jiao)流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中心和宣傳教育中心,實現由(you)傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不斷拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)校育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好(hao)(hao)常規服務的(de)同時,大量(liang)舉辦主(zhu)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技(ji)能(neng)比(bi)賽等,保持了(le)館(guan)內每月有(you)新(xin)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)頻率,通過(guo)教師(shi)的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部與(yu)(yu)學(xue)生的(de)讀(du)者協會(hui),與(yu)(yu)師(shi)生建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣泛的(de)聯系(xi)。以(yi)后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校園(yuan),并(bing)且走(zou)出(chu)(chu)校門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
