[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)特有(you)的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)底蘊和文化(hua)(hua)(hua)地位,對(dui)整個社會的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科研、社會文明等(deng)方面的(de)(de)進步起著舉(ju)足輕(qing)重(zhong)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館作(zuo)為古今中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文化(hua)(hua)(hua)天地,肩負著特別的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)使命和任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館在為教學科研服務的(de)(de)同時,更有(you)著直接(jie)參與文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)(he)式創新型高(gao)素質高(gao)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是新時期對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校提出的(de)新要求(qiu),符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)新型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)新變化,也切合(he)(he)技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)未(wei)來發展的(de)方向。全面推進“文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模(mo)式改(gai)革,對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)發展與教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)提出了(le)新的(de)挑戰,也說明(ming)了(le)新型技能人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培育(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統的(de)文化主(zhu)體部(bu)門(men)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)輔助單位,圖(tu)書館理(li)當主(zhu)動參與到文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

  從單(dan)一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求到學(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從適應崗位到工作(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),從“工具”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)到以人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)本(ben)綜合(he)(he)(he)發展(zhan),現代技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)(yu)(yu)定位有(you)根本(ben)性轉變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)而(er)言,自身定位與(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)責任必須(xu)進(jin)行變革。第一(yi),努力拓展(zhan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)中心(xin)開(kai)展(zhan)資源(yuan)建設(she)和服務(wu)提升(sheng),依復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)型、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求來采購(gou)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱讀環境(jing),開(kai)展(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),參(can)與(yu)(yu)(yu)到育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)線(xian)(xian)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)可(ke)以全程介入教與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程,從而(er)在實踐中使圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延,著力推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)。第二,著力打(da)造新(xin)(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開(kai),不僅是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)問題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境(jing)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問題,推進(jin)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),是一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生愛書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三,不斷(duan)放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)十(shi)分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)中,應該根據時(shi)代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色(se),組織各方面的(de)(de)(de)力量,從不同角度完善(shan)、充實、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)功能(neng)(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)、研(yan)究(jiu)、社會(hui)服務(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生全面成(cheng)(cheng)長相結合(he)(he)(he),激勵教師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)造中來。抓住德育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)主線(xian)(xian),用不同形(xing)式和方法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)公(gong)德、職業(ye)(ye)道德與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)(pin)德。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚(ju)上升(sheng)到大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)(wei)基礎,逐步形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)(yu)精神內核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生,提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才(cai)培養理念,一方(fang)面要求(qiu)圖書文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文(wen)化(hua),進而推動書香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展,另一方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設的(de)角度對圖書館(guan)的(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題,今后(hou)應(ying)有(you)三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點(dian)抓好特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she)實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)基礎。為形成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色,應(ying)進一(yi)步與學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)各(ge)部門及(ji)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作(zuo)(zuo),加(jia)強合作(zuo)(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)(she),加(jia)強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題如職業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形成(cheng)規(gui)模,就進行(xing)歸納整理(li),集(ji)中(zhong)收藏(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題文(wen)庫。日常(chang)采(cai)購中(zhong),應(ying)有(you)意識地進行(xing)專(zhuan)題采(cai)購,形成(cheng)特色文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也(ye)可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館功能(neng),收集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物質遺產,接(jie)受私(si)人(ren)專(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)題數據(ju)庫或特藏(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影響(xiang)師生(sheng),通過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵要(yao)做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一(yi)套(tao)基(ji)本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿足(zu)讀者(zhe)需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系,在(zai)此(ci)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱(zong)深(shen)層(ceng)次的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個性(xing)需求,其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上(shang)下功(gong)夫,引進新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手(shou)機(ji)圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)(guan)等,促(cu)進與(yu)讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)信息交(jiao)流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校園師(shi)生最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未(wei)來,我(wo)們提出(chu)除了要(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中心之外,還(huan)要(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中心、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動中心和宣傳教育中心,實(shi)(shi)現由傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現代、新(xin)型(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)(shi)際上賦(fu)予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動平(ping)臺(tai),成為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規(gui)服務的(de)(de)(de)同時,大量(liang)舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能比(bi)賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通(tong)過教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與學(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與師(shi)生建立了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精彩,還(huan)要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深(shen)入校園,并且(qie)走出(chu)校門(men),配合(he)教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動或(huo)師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動,開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
