為(wei)(wei)深入(ru)推進學校數字(zi)化轉型(xing),高質(zhi)量落實(shi)好“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設各項任(ren)務,6月28日,深圳職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術學院舉行黨委理論(lun)學習中心組(zu)(擴大)學習會,特別邀請全(quan)國(guo)政協委員(yuan)、中國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術教育(yu)(yu)學會會長、教育(yu)(yu)部原副部長魯昕在京聯線,作題為(wei)(wei)《人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)與經濟(ji)學:“雙高”建(jian)(jian)設全(quan)新領域(yu)的全(quan)面建(jian)(jian)設》專題報告。會議由校黨委書(shu)記、校長楊欣斌(bin)主持。

習近平總(zong)書記(ji)高(gao)(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視(shi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展,認為“人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)是引領新(xin)一輪科技革命和產業變革的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)驅動力”,“把(ba)握全球(qiu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展態勢,找準突破(po)口和主(zhu)攻方(fang)向,培養大批具有創新(xin)能(neng)(neng)力和合作精(jing)神的(de)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)高(gao)(gao)端人(ren)才(cai)是教育的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)使命”。

魯(lu)(lu)昕(xin)(xin)列舉了(le)人(ren)(ren)社部(bu)發布的(de)數字(zi)(zi)經濟(ji)背景下市(shi)場(chang)需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個(ge)(ge)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通(tong)過分析(xi)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯出工作(zuo)場(chang)景變化(hua)對“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設提出的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)(lu)昕(xin)(xin)通(tong)過對工信部(bu)人(ren)(ren)才交流中心發布的(de)《工業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才崗(gang)位(wei)能(neng)(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu)》分析(xi),展示(shi)了(le)工業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)(ge)方向(xiang)41個(ge)(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了(le)人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)發展對高等教(jiao)育(yu)動手能(neng)(neng)力(li)數字(zi)(zi)化(hua)和實訓基(ji)地虛擬化(hua)轉型的(de)呼(hu)喚。

魯昕希(xi)望,在(zai)(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)區”建設(she)的(de)背(bei)景下(xia),“雙(shuang)高”建設(she)的(de)過程中,深職院(yuan)(yuan)作(zuo)為(wei)“雙(shuang)高”中的(de)“雙(shuang)高”,要充分探(tan)討如何(he)在(zai)(zai)(zai)粵(yue)港澳大灣區的(de)政策環境、在(zai)(zai)(zai)新一代(dai)信息技(ji)術的(de)創新文(wen)化、在(zai)(zai)(zai)深職院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)工科特色中發揮積極(ji)作(zuo)用,構(gou)建新知(zhi)識體系(xi),構(gou)建新課程體系(xi),顛覆專業(ye)結構(gou),培養復合性(xing)人才,成為(wei)名副(fu)其實的(de)世界一流職業(ye)技(ji)術學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)。

楊欣斌在總結(jie)中表示,魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)報告(gao)站位(wei)高(gao)遠、視野(ye)開闊,理論深厚(hou)、邏(luo)輯(ji)嚴密,觀點(dian)鮮(xian)明、素材(cai)豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實(shi)際,特別(bie)是結(jie)合我(wo)校(xiao)“雙高(gao)”建設、專(zhuan)業(ye)設置和產教融合的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)提出(chu)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)指導意見,對于推動學校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉(zhuan)型,落實(shi)好(hao)“雙高(gao)”建設,科學謀劃“十四五”期間的(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)和舉措,具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)指導意義。楊欣斌要求(qiu)各單位(wei)深刻(ke)領會、深入研(yan)究魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)報告(gao)精神,結(jie)合實(shi)際抓(zhua)好(hao)貫徹(che)落實(shi),努力在“雙高(gao)”建設中走在前列,爭當職業(ye)教育創(chuang)新發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全(quan)(quan)校共300余(yu)人參加(jia)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),其(qi)中,全(quan)(quan)體專業(ye)主任(ren)、教研室主任(ren)、實訓室主任(ren)在會場進行(xing)集中學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi);全(quan)(quan)體校領導、黨委委員(yuan),全(quan)(quan)體中層干部(bu)通過騰訊會議系統(tong)進行(xing)線(xian)上學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)。
