為(wei)深入推進學(xue)校數字化轉型,高質量(liang)落實(shi)好“雙高”建設(she)各項任務,6月28日,深圳職(zhi)業技術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)舉(ju)行黨委(wei)理(li)論學(xue)習中心組(擴大)學(xue)習會(hui)(hui),特別邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委(wei)員(yuan)、中國職(zhi)業技術(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)原副部(bu)(bu)長魯昕在京聯線,作題為(wei)《人工智能與經(jing)濟學(xue):“雙高”建設(she)全(quan)新領域(yu)的(de)全(quan)面建設(she)》專題報告。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)由校黨委(wei)書記、校長楊欣斌(bin)主持。

習(xi)近平總書記高度重(zhong)視(shi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),認為“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)是引領新(xin)(xin)一輪科技革(ge)命和產(chan)業變革(ge)的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)驅(qu)動力”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)態勢,找準(zhun)突(tu)破口和主攻方向,培養大批具有創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)力和合作精神的人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才是教育(yu)的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)使命”。

魯(lu)昕列(lie)舉(ju)了(le)人(ren)社部(bu)發(fa)布的(de)(de)數字(zi)經濟(ji)背景(jing)下市(shi)場需求(qiu)迫(po)切的(de)(de)39個(ge)(ge)新(xin)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng),突顯(xian)出工作場景(jing)變化對(dui)“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后(hou),魯(lu)昕通過對(dui)工信部(bu)人(ren)才交(jiao)流中心發(fa)布的(de)(de)《工業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才崗位能(neng)(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展(zhan)示了(le)工業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才8個(ge)(ge)方向41個(ge)(ge)崗位的(de)(de)4項能(neng)(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu),系(xi)統總結了(le)人(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)高等教(jiao)育(yu)動手能(neng)(neng)(neng)力數字(zi)化和實訓基(ji)地(di)虛擬化轉型(xing)的(de)(de)呼喚。

魯昕希望(wang),在“雙區(qu)(qu)”建設的背景(jing)下,“雙高(gao)”建設的過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),深(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)院作為“雙高(gao)”中(zhong)(zhong)的“雙高(gao)”,要(yao)充分探討如何在粵港澳(ao)大灣區(qu)(qu)的政策環境、在新(xin)一代信息技(ji)術的創新(xin)文化(hua)、在深(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)院的工科特色中(zhong)(zhong)發(fa)揮積極(ji)作用,構建新(xin)知識體(ti)系,構建新(xin)課程(cheng)體(ti)系,顛覆專業(ye)結(jie)構,培(pei)養復合性人才(cai),成為名(ming)副其實的世界一流(liu)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術學院。

楊(yang)欣斌(bin)在總(zong)結中(zhong)表示,魯昕會(hui)長的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)告站位高(gao)遠、視野開闊(kuo),理(li)論(lun)深厚、邏(luo)輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚(ju)焦問題、貼近實際,特(te)別是結合(he)我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設、專業(ye)設置和產教(jiao)融合(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況提出具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指導意(yi)見,對(dui)于推動學校(xiao)數字(zi)化(hua)轉型(xing),落實好“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設,科學謀(mou)劃“十四五”期(qi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)和舉措,具(ju)有重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指導意(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌(bin)要(yao)求各單位深刻(ke)領會(hui)、深入研究魯昕會(hui)長的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)告精神,結合(he)實際抓好貫徹(che)落實,努力在“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建(jian)設中(zhong)走在前(qian)列,爭當(dang)職業(ye)教(jiao)育創新(xin)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)先行(xing)者。

整場報(bao)告歷時兩個半小時,全校共300余人參加(jia)學習(xi)(xi),其中(zhong),全體專業主(zhu)任(ren)、教研室主(zhu)任(ren)、實訓室主(zhu)任(ren)在會場進行集中(zhong)學習(xi)(xi);全體校領導、黨委(wei)委(wei)員,全體中(zhong)層(ceng)干部通(tong)過騰訊會議系統進行線上學習(xi)(xi)。
