為深入(ru)推進學校(xiao)數字化轉型,高質量落實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)各項任務(wu),6月(yue)28日(ri),深圳職業技(ji)術學院舉行(xing)黨委(wei)理論學習中心組(zu)(擴大)學習會(hui)(hui),特別邀請全國政協委(wei)員、中國職業技(ji)術教(jiao)育學會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、教(jiao)育部原副部長(chang)(chang)魯昕在京(jing)聯線,作題為《人工智能(neng)與經濟學:“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)全新(xin)領域(yu)的全面建(jian)設(she)》專題報告。會(hui)(hui)議由校(xiao)黨委(wei)書記、校(xiao)長(chang)(chang)楊欣斌主持。

習近平總書(shu)記高度重(zhong)視(shi)人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發展,認為“人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)是(shi)引領新一輪科(ke)技(ji)革(ge)命和(he)產業變(bian)革(ge)的(de)重(zhong)要驅(qu)動力”,“把握全球人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)發展態勢,找準突(tu)破口和(he)主(zhu)攻方向,培養大批具有創新能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力和(he)合作精神的(de)人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)高端(duan)人才(cai)是(shi)教育(yu)的(de)重(zhong)要使命”。

魯(lu)昕列舉了人社部(bu)發布(bu)的數(shu)字經濟背景下市場需求(qiu)迫(po)切(qie)的39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通(tong)(tong)過分(fen)析新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能(neng)(neng),突顯出工(gong)作(zuo)場景變化對(dui)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設提出的要求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)昕通(tong)(tong)過對(dui)工(gong)信部(bu)人才交流(liu)中(zhong)心發布(bu)的《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網產業(ye)(ye)人才崗位能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展示(shi)了工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯(lian)網產業(ye)(ye)人才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的4項能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu),系統總結了人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展對(dui)高(gao)等教育動手能(neng)(neng)力數(shu)字化和實訓(xun)基地虛擬化轉型的呼喚。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區(qu)”建(jian)設(she)的背景下,“雙高”建(jian)設(she)的過(guo)程中,深職院作為(wei)(wei)“雙高”中的“雙高”,要充(chong)分探(tan)討如何在(zai)(zai)粵港澳大灣區(qu)的政策(ce)環(huan)境、在(zai)(zai)新一代信息技(ji)術的創新文化、在(zai)(zai)深職院的工科特色中發揮積極作用(yong),構建(jian)新知識體系,構建(jian)新課程體系,顛(dian)覆專業結構,培(pei)養(yang)復(fu)合性人才(cai),成為(wei)(wei)名(ming)副(fu)其實的世(shi)界(jie)一流職業技(ji)術學院。

楊欣(xin)斌在(zai)總結中表示,魯(lu)昕會(hui)長的(de)報(bao)(bao)告站位高(gao)(gao)遠、視野(ye)開(kai)闊,理論深(shen)厚、邏(luo)輯嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐富,聚焦(jiao)問(wen)題、貼近(jin)實(shi)際,特別(bie)是(shi)結合(he)我校“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設、專(zhuan)業設置和產教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合(he)的(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)指導意見(jian),對于(yu)推動學(xue)校數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)轉型,落實(shi)好“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設,科學(xue)謀劃(hua)“十四五”期間的(de)思(si)路和舉措,具(ju)有重要的(de)指導意義(yi)。楊欣(xin)斌要求各(ge)單位深(shen)刻領(ling)會(hui)、深(shen)入研究(jiu)魯(lu)昕會(hui)長的(de)報(bao)(bao)告精神,結合(he)實(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi),努(nu)力在(zai)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設中走在(zai)前列,爭當職業教(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)發展的(de)先行(xing)者。

整場報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全校(xiao)共300余人參加(jia)學習(xi),其中(zhong),全體(ti)專業主任、教研(yan)室(shi)主任、實訓室(shi)主任在會場進行(xing)集中(zhong)學習(xi);全體(ti)校(xiao)領導、黨委委員,全體(ti)中(zhong)層干部通(tong)過(guo)騰訊會議系統進行(xing)線上學習(xi)。
