我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深(shen)入貫(guan)徹德智體(ti)美勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發展(zhan)的黨的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針(zhen),全(quan)面(mian)落實(shi)《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)關(guan)于(yu)全(quan)面(mian)加(jia)強新時(shi)代(dai)大中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的意(yi)見》精神,大力提升高(gao)等職(zhi)業院(yuan)校學生勞(lao)(lao)動素養(yang),形成體(ti)現時(shi)代(dai)要求、符合育(yu)(yu)人規律、彰顯高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校特色的勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi),8月25日(ri)至(zhi)8月28日(ri),由我校和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)動關(guan)系(xi)學院(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心主(zhu)辦、創(chuang)想(xiang)家科技教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(深(shen)圳(zhen))有限公司協辦的2020年全(quan)國職(zhi)業院(yuan)校勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級),在(zai)線上(shang)會議(yi)平臺(tai)成功舉辦。

為優(you)化勞動(dong)(dong)教育師(shi)資供給,本(ben)次教師(shi)培(pei)訓除了邀(yao)請勞動(dong)(dong)教育領域(yu)相(xiang)關知(zhi)名學者外,基于勞動(dong)(dong)教育本(ben)身(shen)特(te)質,還(huan)邀(yao)請了企(qi)業代表擔(dan)任課程(cheng)授(shou)課講師(shi)。共有來自廣東、廣西、貴州、湖南、江蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西、浙江等14所(suo)職業院校近30名老師(shi)參加(jia)培(pei)訓。

 培訓期間(jian),學(xue)(xue)員們(men)分別觀(guan)摩了中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院劉麗紅副校(xiao)長(chang)、我校(xiao)人文(wen)學(xue)(xue)院張克(ke)副院長(chang)、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中國美術學(xue)(xue)院杜銘(ming)秋(qiu)副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優(you)必選(xuan)人工智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責(ze)人郭(guo)子琦(qi)、中國勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣東海涵律師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)事務(wu)所主(zhu)任律師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)吳小波主(zhu)講的(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷史演變、政策解(jie)讀與趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)職(zhi)責(ze)與倫理——如何更(geng)好的(de)(de)理解(jie)體(ti)面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)素質能力提(ti)升”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課程(cheng)設計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與實踐(jian)”“人工智能時代下的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融(rong)合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中的(de)(de)安全風險(xian)與應對政策”七堂課。專(zhuan)家們(men)表示,隨(sui)著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關(guan)(guan)政策的(de)(de)進一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將(jiang)更(geng)加專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)且惠(hui)及更(geng)多學(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資則(ze)面臨極大的(de)(de)挑戰。從(cong)長(chang)遠(yuan)來看,應開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相關(guan)(guan)專(zhuan)業(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)人才。短期內,應根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)目前(qian)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資情況采取多種(zhong)措施,建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相結合的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊伍。

同時(shi),為深入了解目前高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育開展(zhan)情況,今年3月(yue),我校(xiao)(xiao)聯合創想家教(jiao)育科技(深圳(zhen))有限公司(si),對(dui)覆蓋生源地30個省、自治區、直(zhi)轄市的學生及來(lai)自全(quan)(quan)國14所高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)的老師(shi)開展(zhan)《全(quan)(quan)國高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育現狀調查報(bao)告(gao)藍皮(pi)書》專項(xiang)(xiang)問(wen)卷調研。經(jing)過5個月(yue)的立項(xiang)(xiang)、調研論證(zheng)、問(wen)卷發放及回收(shou)、電話訪談記錄、數據清(qing)洗與甄別等,共回收(shou)有效(xiao)教(jiao)師(shi)問(wen)卷221份,學生問(wen)卷2101份,教(jiao)師(shi)訪談記錄25份。

調研(yan)專家組成員(yuan)范苗就調研(yan)報告(gao)中學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)素養現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀、目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教育(yu)(yu)開(kai)展現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及(ji)(ji)問題(ti)、師(shi)資建設現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及(ji)(ji)問題(ti)、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教育(yu)(yu)與(yu)實(shi)習實(shi)訓相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及(ji)(ji)問題(ti)、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教育(yu)(yu)與(yu)校園文(wen)化建設相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及(ji)(ji)問題(ti)、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教育(yu)(yu)與(yu)社會(hui)服(fu)務相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)狀及(ji)(ji)問題(ti)等內(nei)容進行分享(xiang),讓研(yan)修(xiu)班的(de)學(xue)(xue)員(yuan)們從數據中更科學(xue)(xue)更全面的(de)了解(jie)目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動教育(yu)(yu)在(zai)高職院(yuan)校中開(kai)展的(de)情(qing)況。

研修(xiu)班(ban)4天(tian)的(de)(de)課(ke)程涵蓋勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)理論(lun)知(zhi)識(shi)、相關(guan)政策導讀、實(shi)際課(ke)程案例分析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)相關(guan)法律知(zhi)識(shi)普(pu)及、人工(gong)智能下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)等多個(ge)方面,最后以(yi)電(dian)子(zi)考卷的(de)(de)形式對學員們進(jin)(jin)行(xing)考核。參訓(xun)學員紛(fen)紛(fen)表示,將以(yi)本次(ci)研究班(ban)為(wei)新的(de)(de)起點,進(jin)(jin)一步加強理論(lun)學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)觀,為(wei)所屬高職院校(xiao)開展勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作貢(gong)獻力量;并希望這樣的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)能夠制度化、常態化,進(jin)(jin)一步豐(feng)富培(pei)訓(xun)內容,在條件允許的(de)(de)情況下(xia)(xia),安排線下(xia)(xia)培(pei)訓(xun)課(ke),加入動(dong)(dong)(dong)手實(shi)踐實(shi)操環節,將勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)精神貫穿師(shi)資培(pei)訓(xun)始終。
